The Last Dodo - Pope (SATB)

Choral work for alto/mezzo soprano solo and SATB choir (15-parts). This mournful song imagines what it must have been like for the last dodo – left alone, friends and family gone, everyone like them gone. It is a parable to loneliness and the tragedy of extinction.
Written for two choirs - one SSAATTBB, and a Dawn chorus of SSAATTB
